What are practical patenting strategies for scientific spin-outs? How can SME participate in the innovation power of start-ups? Jost helps to find answers.

The mentioned questions all have one thing in common: they aim at increasing the competitiveness of Germany’s economy as they address important translational barriers of innovations into the market.

On June 3^rd, CEO Jost therefore advised researchers from the Integrative Research Institute (IRI) for the Life Sciences at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, founded in collaboration with the Charité-Universitätsmedizin and the Max-Delbrück-Center, on practical patenting strategies. On June 10^th, she supported as well the Bertelsmann Stiftung during its 1^st Workshop on German-Israeli Innovation Studies as one of two innovation experts.
