How does DexLeChem manage its interdisciplinary R&D team so successfully and what is the way to get the most out of their creativity while keeping focussed on project goals? As this question arises very frequently in meetings with our customers we decided to give you some insights into our unique agile project management system.

As a high-tech startup we MUST be creative, inventive, and fast at the same time. We simply cannot afford it to fail expectations.
Soon after the spin-off from the university we found out that we would need an outstanding process to manage our projects and to establish DexLeChem as a reliable and competent partner in the market. Inspired by startups from the strong IT scene in Berlin we found a way to adopt their state-of-the-art agile project management tools to our high interdisciplinary and scientific field.
